As you go through it, keep a few things in mind. Give qualitative rather than quantitative information wherever you can: describe the requirements of your target buyer or tenant, not the solution. If a question is hard to answer, reference another project you have seen or built. Anticipate future needs where relevant. If a question does not apply to your project, skip it.
